2.Qualifications:

1.Job responsibilities:

（3) Responsible for the overall management of capital operations of listed companies;

（4) Responsible for market value management of the Group's listed investment projects, and post-investment management such as increase and decrease of holdings;

（5) Responsible for the operation and management of relevant investment and shareholding platforms;

（6) Complete other tasks assigned by superior units and the group。

2.Qualifications:

（1) Good political quality and professional quality;

（2) Master degree or above, major in science and technology, finance, economy, finance, management or other related majors;

（3) Familiar with banking, capital market investment and financing related business and laws, regulations and regulatory policies, with solid financial analysis ability, investment analysis ability and project practical operation experience;
